Rotary Lobe Pumps
Boerger rotary lobe pumps are self-priming, valveless, positive displacement pumps designed to handle a wide range of fluids—from low-viscosity liquids to highly viscous, abrasive, and solids-laden media. Built with a modular design, these pumps offer maximum flexibility, easy serviceability, and long-term reliability.
Key features include reversible operation, dry-run capability (short-term), and pulsation-free flow. All wetted parts can be customized to suit the application, with a range of rotor materials, coatings, and sealing systems available.
Engineered using Boerger’s Maintenance-in-Place (MIP®) design, wear parts can be quickly replaced without removing the pump from the piping system—minimizing downtime and lowering life-cycle costs.
Ideal for industries such as:
Wastewater and Sludge Treatment
Biogas and Agriculture
Chemical and Petrochemical
Pulp and Paper
Oil and Gas
Food and Beverage
Marine and Offshore
Performance range:
Flow rates up to 7,500 GPM
Pressures up to 232 PSI
Viscosity handling up to 1,000,000 cP
Boerger rotary lobe pumps are trusted worldwide for reliable, efficient fluid handling—even in the toughest operating conditions.
Multicrusher
The Boerger Multicrusher is a powerful twin-shaft grinder designed to reduce solids in liquid media with maximum efficiency and reliability. Equipped with counter-rotating blades, the Multicrusher shreds fibrous, coarse, and abrasive materials, preventing clogs, protecting downstream equipment, and ensuring smooth system operation.
Built with a robust, compact design and modular construction, the Multicrusher can be easily integrated into existing systems. Maintenance is simplified with Boerger’s Maintenance-In-Place (MIP®) technology, allowing quick access to all wear parts without removing the unit from the pipeline.
Key Features:
Dual-shaft cutting mechanism with customizable blade configurations
Reversible operation for extended cutter life
Heavy-duty construction for demanding applications
Available in various sizes and materials
Easy maintenance with MIP® design
Applications:
Wastewater and sludge treatment
Food and meat processing
Biogas and agriculture
Industrial solids reduction
The Boerger Multicrusher delivers consistent maceration performance, reduced downtime, and long-term protection for your entire system.
Bioselect
The Boerger Bioselect RC is an advanced separation system engineered for efficient solid-liquid separation in various applications. With flow rates up to 660 US gallons per minute (150 m³/h), it delivers high throughput while maintaining a compact footprint.
Key Features:
Patented Multi Disc Technology: Ensures safe operation and allows for adjustable dry solids content between 15% and 38%.
Easy-Shift Unit: Enables manual or automatic (pneumatic) adjustment of the dry solids content to meet specific requirements.
Maintenance-in-Place (MIP®): Design allows for easy maintenance without dismantling the drive or piping, minimizing downtime.
Flexible Installation: Suitable for stationary setups or mobile configurations, such as the Powerlift, Powerframe, or TwinSep units.
Applications:
Wastewater and sludge treatment
